As a user led organisation Compass Disability Services endeavours to understand current and future users’ needs and will strive to meet users’ requirements and exceed expectations at all times.

For any organisation to be successful it is essential that users’ requirements are fully met. Compass Disability Services is committed to providing the best services possible and needs to be able to demonstrate that it provides quality services and manages the organisation efficiently and effectively. In an increasingly competitive market it is critical that Compass Disability Services is able to evidence its commitment to quality to external funders, commissioners, users and potential employees.

Compass Disability Service's Quality Manual

Compass Disability Services has a range of policies that support and direct the work of the charity. These policies are developed to ensure that the charity meets its legal and moral obligations. Policies are written by senior members of management in line with the service users needs where appropriate and in consultation with all members of staff. The board of trustees approve all policies before they are implemented.
