What does being a User Led and Disabled Peoples Organisation mean
Compass Disability Services recognises and values our users, and ensures that disabled people have the opportunity to be involved in the development and direction of Compass Disability Services and all projects facilitated by them.
We aim to:
• Value users as the experts on their own lives and learn from them
• Give users a voice in the design, delivery and review of our services
• Ensure that services are accessible and effective for all intended groups
• Improve opportunities and outcomes for our users
