We put the needs of disabled people and carers first, all the time, every time.
WE DO THIS BY:
Ensuring that the voice of disabled people is heard above the commotion.
Delivering quality professional services that ensure disabled people get the right support and opportunities.
Developing services and opportunities that are designed to meet individuals’ needs.
Working in partnership to ensure that disabled people and carers have access to the services, opportunities and facilities they need.
We are a ULO/DP:
We are a User-Led, Disabled Persons Organisation (ULO/DP), run by and for disabled people and carers.
What does this mean?
It means that our Board of Trustees are mostly disabled people and carers.
It means our teams are committed to putting the needs of disabled people first, all the time, every time.
It means we offer services that are accessible.
It means we listen to those who use our services, we evolve and adapt to ensure we continually improve and always meet the needs of those we serve.
We work with many different organisations, both voluntary and statutory.
