COGS: DEMENTIA SOCIAL CLUB
We offer carers respite so that they can have a break (go shopping, visit their GP, do some self-care etc) knowing that their loved ones are being entertained and well cared for.
For those with Dementia, we will offer an environment reminiscent of the 1960’s onwards and even for those born after the sixties we aim to offer a bespoke situation appropriate to their life experiences.
Our experienced staff will create plans with the person/family/carers to ensure that the customers all have a unique experience in line with their needs.
We meet Monday through to Friday, from 9.30 am - 3 pm
We can also offer enhanced packages of support where customers need some additional support with personal care and/or mobility or if they need one-to-one support throughout the day.
If there are needs beyond one-to-one support, we will work with you and other professionals to create a bespoke care and support plan
