MANAGED ACCOUNT SERVICE

Our Managed Account service is for people who may need or want additional support managing their care funding. This could be Direct Payments or Personal
Health Budgets.


You will retain full responsibility for your own personal funding. You will be able to focus on directing how the funding is spent whilst we pay the agreed bills.

What we do for our managed accounts customers:

  • Set up a dedicated account in the customer’s name

  • Receive Direct Payments/Personal Health Budget funds

  • Arrange to pay all the agreed outgoings (PA wages, care agency fees, insurance and any other bills as agreed)

  • Pay all amounts due HMRC

  • Keep a record of all the income received and payments made

  • Provide you with regular statements of the account showing all transactions
